1. JavaScript on my pages

I use JavaScript on most of my pages to display date of document's lastupdated, and each pages call common functions in exterernal JavaScript files.

Therefore, in some cases errors occur. Please reffer to following cases, and meet them.

When server's response is too slow, and the error occurs in loading external JavaScript files ...

(1) Usually, you can recover from it by reloading its page.

When my description in JavaScript is wrong or your browser is out of my assumption ...

(1) Please let me know about errors with the result of questionnaire page. I'll revise codes as possible.
(2) While code is not revised, set the JavaScript disabled.

When your browser is not match for external function call, or not match calling files using relative-URL perfectly ...

(1) Change your browser to its (or another's) later version. (example: MSIE 3.01 sometimes fail to call external files using relative-URL. MSIE 3.02 or later version are match for it.)
(2) Please let me know about errors with the result of questionnaire page. I'll check my codes to match your browser as possible.
(3) While code is not revised, set the JavaScript disabled.

Fundamentally, I don't restlict to browse pages with JavaScript (except behind Gate page). So, you can read my pages without a hitch whether you set JavaScript disabled or not. (It affects only displaying date of document's lastmodified).

2. Miscelaneous

(1) Page-loading errors etc.

Loading my pages are sometimes interrupted, and you may be waited for loading page for long time by slow response of web server, or by some kind of proxy you are using, or by some kind of www browser, etc. I don't know why.
The problem often occured when I was using MSIE 3.2 or NN3.xx (until about year 1997), but the problem has not occured after I started use MSIE 5.xx (about year 1999). So, the problem might not occure for visitors, in spite of unknown origin.

Most of my pages has a navigation menu at its left upside, and the menu usually appears in a few seconds. But if not, it must be the sign that you must wait for long time, then please stop loading the page, and reload it. It usually recover from the case.

(2) Linking to my pages

Fundamentally, you can link to my any pages from your pages freely. You don't have to let me know about your linking before or after you do.
Exception: Please DON'T link directly to my individual resources such as image files, archive files, JavaScript files etc, --- just like this, <a href="http://amaranth.velvet.jp/als/foo.gif">GIF image foo</a> ---.

When you link to my any pages, it's not necessary to link to my home page, but you have to consider that URL of any pages except that of my home page are reorganized such as are moved, closed, renamed, combined or divided without previous notice. Therefore you will be able to prevent losing links by linking to my home page together.

(3) Advertisement on my web-pages (such as adsense or affiliate or silmilarities)

I have not published any advertisement on my web pages positively until now [*1]. And I'll not plan to do it such as adsense or affiliate.

[*1] Actually I've used web counter service with advertisement for short period at the first time, but I've never used it since then.

It's opposed to my principle that leading my web site to show ads or let click ads, and I want to avoid my opinion free from bias by ads (If my opinion is free from bias, reader feels that my opinion has a bias).

Therefore, there are no ads-texts or ads-images that bring me some money or something else on my web pages for the present (Except the page to yield/sell my disused articles).

(4) Recommend Web browser to view my pages

Web Browser's minimum requirement

MSIE 3.02 updated a, or later version (MSIE 4.xx, MSIE 5.xx, MSIE 6.xx etc)
NN 2.01 or later version (NN 3.xx, NN 4.xx, NN 6.xx, NN 7.xx etc)
Opera 6.xx or later version
Mozilla Firefox 1.0.x.x / 2.x.x.x or later version
The Others matched for HTML3.2 (Mosaic / HotJava Browser / Lynx etc.)
Note: I cope with reading my pages for them, but cannot cope with layout (especially with older browsers or with those don't support CSS).
(Pages that were made in the old days (Example: before Page.15 on Doodle Page etc.) are adopted HTML 3.2 (with some deviations) and Table-Tag layout, so visitor using out of date web browser can read my old pages in format that I expect. But I remenber that Mosaic and HotJava Browser can't meet them, however I think no one use them in active service nowadays.)

Recommend Web browser

Opera 12.xx or later version
Mozilla Firefox 14.x.x or later version
Lynx 2.8.x etc. (limited to visitors who want/need to browse pages in text only)
NN 7.xx or later version (Note: Development will be finished at March 1, 2008)
The Others matched for HTML 4.01 such as Safari / Web browser using IE rendering engine (Internet Explorer shell) / Web browser using Gecko rendering engine etc.
Note: Pages that were made recently are adopted HTML 4.01(with some deviations) and CSS layout, so visitor using out of date web browser will face pages that have corrupt layout.

3. About change of URL of my web site

I moved my web pages (= changed URL) for reasons of ISP's own on August 22, 2015 (URL old11 coexisted for about five months until January 31, 2016), and in preparation for switching my ISP, I changed the URL again on August 13, 2016.

I revised old URLs to new URLs on my web pages or texts or somethings on my new web site as much as possible I can, but there might be unchanged documents by an oversight or on purpose. And also some e-mail addresses might be not revised. If you found old URLs on my documents, please deem them to be replaced with new URLs, according to below table.
*I did not revised URLs on my old web pages or texts etc.
